Rotation is fundamental to human movement and needed for daily living activities as well as sports and athletics. The TrueTurnPro is the world’s first thoracic spine isolation and rotation device, it enhances trunk/spinal ROM and increases strength and stability of the spine. In this course, you will learn the concepts of rotary ground force training and “locking” the upper kinetic chain, how and when to integrate exercises using the TrueTurnPro to enhance ROM and core muscular engagement. You will learn proper exercise techniques for foundational exercises using the TrueTurnPro, including coaching and cueing tips you can utilize in your overall programming.

TrueTurn Pro was invented by Carl Horne Jr. PTT, who developed this course along with John Preston MS, EP-C, CSCS, ACE-CPT. This course will improve your ability to teach and coach human rotation using the TrueTurn Pro, improve overall programming and enhance your clients’ training technique.
