This instructor training blends classical Pilates principles with modern application of reformer repertoire for group fitness. We’ll deeply dive into footwork and bridging to build foundational alignment, lower body sequences to strengthen hips and legs, and upper body integration for postural control and functional strength. You’ll also learn stretching and lengthening protocols to restore mobility and balance. Throughout, you’ll refine verbal, visual, and tactile cueing to guide clients safely and effectively. This course empowers you to teach full-body, purpose-driven classes with confidence, flow, and anatomical integrity.
