Course Description

Fitness professionals spend their days motivating others, bringing energy to every class, and showing up for clients no matter what. But what happens when the coach is running on empty? In this eye-opening and empowering session, international fitness educator Christine Conti M.Ed. and Lori Roland, LPC explore the realities of burnout in the fitness industry and why self-care is essential for career longevity. Through practical strategies, relatable stories, and simple mindset shifts, participants will learn how to protect their energy, maintain passion for their work, and continue showing up as their best selves for the people they serve.
