Develop your ongoing mastery of the 34 exercises during this deep dive into classical Mat Pilates. During this workshop you will be guided to gain an understanding of:
- Body positioning and alignment
- How to clearly cue the exercises for an optimal workout
- The functions and benefits of each exercise
- Contradictions and safety
- Mindful transitions between exercises that will encourage your students to move with fluidity
- A more in-depth discussion of the six Pilates Principals and how to apply them to your teaching and personal practice
