The AAAI Group Fitness Instructor Certification is a foundational certification for anyone interested in leading group exercise class formats. Lecture will focus on anatomy, physiology, class format, injury prevention and exercise safety. Workshop time will focus on creating safe and effective warm ups, movement options for cardiovascular endurance and strength and coaching exercises effectively.
