Step into a world of Better Balance and More Mobility with industry leader, Scott Cole. Working both in the chair and standing, Scott will guide you through an array of easy-to-follow movements and stretches from a variety of disciplines including Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Movement Therapy, and as Scott puts it, “cool stuff I’ve created that really works!!!”
With decades of working with seniors, physically challenged, and pain management patients, Scott has created a full series of spinal exercises, in addition to volumes of chair and standing exercise content, emphasizing breathing, balancing opposing muscle groups, combining strength and stretch, and alternating slow and fast movements for great results. The focus on his signature slow motion movement continuum (Tai Chi and Qigong inspired) is both relaxing, healing, highly therapeutic, and as you will see, creates great results.
His upcoming book Better Balance More Mobility (Human Kinetics) is scheduled to be released in late 2026 or early 2027.
This workshop is for both instructors/facilitators, and for anyone who wants to learn to have Better Balance and More Mobility for life.
